Virtual Delivery

Virtual Delivery as the name implies, allows organizations to receive mail and parcels for recipients (and distribute them electronically) that are virtual employees, travelling, on temporary assignments or are now forced to a work-from-home status.

Virtual Delivery was created to provide a new level of flexibility and customer service for Clients with workers that travel frequently, are on consulting projects and to improve delivery experiences for mobile workers.  It also allows Clients with branch offices and operation centers without dedicated mail service staffing to close-the-loop on deliveries to those locations.

With Virtual Delivery, when an item is delivered and the intended recipient is not in the office, Mail Services personnel can classify the item, add all the necessary attributes, including images and communicate this information conveniently in an email.  Upon receipt of the email, the recipient can direct Mail Services for the proper disposition of the mail or package.
